United States: It is hard to work with someone like Donald Trump and associate the name with any kind of efficiency let alone brilliance. This, after all, is the same man who once suggested it may be possible to cure the Covid-19 with bleach injections.
During Trump’s presidency however, at least one part of his White House was nothing like the woeful, haphazard, comical farce that might approve of Nazis as ‘very fine people’ one day then threaten to bomb North Korea the next.
As reported by the Vox News, What the White House accomplished was professional, efficient, and thus far unparalleled in its stunning effectiveness in staffing the federal judiciary with dozens of the nation’s most intellectually elite champions of right-wing conservatism.
Therefore, the GOP has developed a judicial apparatus for the purpose of changing enduring legal traditions with Republican politics.
The reasoning of the Republican justices is as though all are on a GOP list: overturning the right to an abortion, putting into force of Republican policies such as ban on affirmative action, even granting Trump virtually blanket immunity against criminal charges for crimes he committed while using powers he had as president.

In other words, there is no indication that right-wing litigants are emerging victorious in every single case that they file before the justices; however, where the different factions within the Republican Party are united on the merits of a given case, it is safe to say that the Republican justices are solidly behind the factions’ position.
The lower courts, on the flip side, have emerged as the breeding ground for far-right policies ideas that are sometimes outrageous even to the current Supreme Court’sγκα Consider, for instance, when US Federal District Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk tried to block the abortion pill mifepristone.
Or an incredible ruling by three Trump judges which said that the entire Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) was unconstitutional. Each of these judgments was overturned by the Supreme Court.
And there are some of the positions too far right even for many Republican members of the Supreme Court is a reminder of the diversity that exists among the Trump’s judges and some like the Justice Brett Kavanaugh or Amy Coney Barret, are fully committed using the courts to implement a long list of the Republicans ideas.
But this cohort of the judges also rejects at least some right-wing legal theories that would have catastrophic consequences for the country.
Both Kavanaugh and the Barrett for example, rejected the legal attack on the CFPB and they joined the opinion explaining that the plaintiffs legal theory had no basis in the constitutional text or history but they may also have been motivated by the fact that this theory could have triggered an economic depression if it had prevailed.
Kavanaugh and Barrett also backed Trump’s claim that he had broad immunity from the criminal prosecution for the crimes committed in the office, but on the same day they rejected a Texas law that would have given that state’s Republican legislature extraordinary authority to dictate what the media must print.
